Only natural this time of year. We've another week until Spring. Can't say I've been feeling the chill, though.

I don't see why you'd be put out by this. The job of managing the church as a church has now been returned to people who truly desire it, and you may continue to manage the shelter as you have been. No previously established rules of the shelter will be changed. However, I will endeavor to create a separate building for the shelter, one better equipped to its needs. And when it is complete, I will give you the keys in exchange for the set of church keys you currently possess.

Everyone will have what they want.

But now that Ky has so gracefully corrected his mistaken initial arrangement, you have no right to dictate to me anymore. Period.

From this point forward, shelter hours are from 6 PM to 10 AM everyday except for Sunday, when guests are expected to rise and begin clearing out for the day at 8 AM. This is more than enough time for dinner, sleep, and breakfast, and it is common for shelters in the normal world to expect guests to go elsewhere for the day. During the other hours of the day, the church will serve its religious function, during which time any Catholic who wishes to visit may do so.

The rule against violence on church grounds rule will still apply to everyone, regardless of the hour. Anyone threatening to become violent or displaying other aggressive behaviors on the premises will be asked to leave right away, no matter who they are.

You've been exaggerating everything like some hysterical kid that cried wolf. Just what did I do that was so horrible? Allowed a religion who worships the same fucking GOD to have ONE service on Christmas Eve that never even interfered with all the OTHER services, and it fucking won't ever be repeated if that's the result, I can tell you.

Put wards of protection on the church? Ones that kept YOU from changing the locks first thing like treacherous bitches? Like I don't know what you tried to do. Oh yeah, how horrible of me to follow Ky's instructions not to give up the key to anyone. Should've respected your obvious ambition there.

I'm sure in your mind those two things merit being threatened with death and hell and bullets in my body every time I tried to talk to you about church matters, because your little buddy can't seem to shut up or stop stalking you, but whatever.

Even disregarding for a moment that Anglicanism and Catholicism are NOT THE SAME, it's not just about the stupid service, but that you did it without any discussion or notification! Even if you'd just tried to give a fucking heads up that would have been better than how you did it, going behind the back of church staff and what? Thinking we wouldn't find out about it? And how the hell did you really EXPECT us to react?

Treacherous? Interesting word choice considering treachery is a betrayal of confidence, which never existed between us and you clearly never wanted to even try for, seeing as slapping those wards on the church was another thing you did without any sort of discussion or notification and your very first act as steward. And what would've happened if you'd ever left the City? Would the wards have stayed up like Ky's have? Did you even think of this? Those weren't "wards of protection". The new wards are true examples of that. Yours were wards of: "My possession now. Mine-mine-mine. Fuck you."

It's in Catholic hands again. Mine and Father Nightroad's. Ky asked him onto the administration, and I don't mind. A prior version of him in the City was the first priest I worked alongside at the church. He did well.

Tony's spell is gone from the property, replaced by a basic ward put up by Ky -- like one of Father's barriers -- prohibiting entry to the grounds by anyone wishing to do harm to others while there. Tony will continue to manage the shelter, and still holds one copy of the set of keys, while I hold the other. HOWEVER, this is only until we can get a new building up to separate the shelter from the chapel.

Our new job is obvious, isn't it~?
